Now a PhD student from Carleton University in Canada, Atif Shamin has invented a transmitter system on-package that can enhance the battery life of mobile devices. He created a system or module that replaces all of the wires connecting a phone’s electrical circuits and the antennae. He also replaced all of the internal wires. Due to this the power consumption for a mobile device can be reduced. He used a high frequency micro-transmitter and receiver that can avoid the loss of power through a wire. And finally he did the experiment with a iPhone and made it possible by increasing the battery life of it by 12 times.
